Demo

The demo environment is a sandbox where the XGateway product can be tested.

The demo environment is currently available on request. Contact our support team if you have any issues or need guidance with the integration process.

Some demo currencies require manual confirmation of the deposits, choosing INR to test first payments is a good starting option.

The demo environment is available at

This version of the API should be used :

• https://api.demo.xgateway.tech/api/v2

Production

We suggest starting your integration on the demo environment to be able to test the flow using faucet bots.

The production environment is available at https://api.xgateway.tech/api

For the time being, two versions of the API are available:

• https://api.xgateway.tech/api/v1

• https://api.xgateway.tech/api/v2

Version 1 is outdated and soon to be deprecated. By default, the version 2 is the best option for the majority of cases.

Before making any requests to our payment processing system, verify that your account is set and you have all necessary credentials, including API and Secret keys.

You can find all necessary requests for the integration in the section dedicated to the payments.

Status

Here is a way to check the status of our system. For more information, see the maintenance status endpoint documentation below.

If there is a problem, the errors property on the response will tell you what went wrong. Our team is most likely on it, but you can also contact us.
